Bharatbala is a close friend of music composer A R Rahman. It is a known fact that Bharatbala is the person who has directed all the musical video albums of A R Rahman.
Bharatbala had earlier directed a film titled Hari Om. This film had participated in various film festivals and won various awards.Now for the first time Bharatbala will be directing a Tamil film. There was news earlier that this film was to be produced by Sony Pictures but now Aascar Ravichandran will be producing this film.
A R Rahman has agreed to compose the music for his friend’s film which will have Dhanush in the lead role. Bharatbala always has the habit of giving importance to cinematography. Hence there is no doubt that this film will be a visual treat to the audience.

To be titled Heartless, the film will mark the directorial debut of Shekhar Suman and will have Giselle Monteiro, who will be playing Jessica's part in the film.

Adhyayan, who is really excited to work with Giselle, is slated to play Hayden Christensen's part in the adaptation. The filmmakers are in touch with the Weinstein Company to buy the rights of the original film to avoid any copyright issues later on. While the famous Page 3 writer Nina Arora has been working on the script and the screenplay, Niranjan Iyengar has written the dialogues. Adhyayan, who has just wrapped up shooting for Milind Ukey's Dehradun Diaries, added that the film supposed to start last year, but got stalled. Now they are waiting for Nina's new draft of the script.

The father-son duo of Shekhar-Adhyayan have already worked on four to five songs for their film, with a new music director Gaurav Dagaonkar, who, incidentally has also composed music for the Akshay-Sonakshi starrer Joker. Adhyayan, who is all set to start the film around May, feels that no one in Bollywood has ever tried their hands at a medical thriller till date.

Though in 2010 he was granted bail the same day post filing an appeal in the Sessions Court against the conviction stating that the judge had misconstrued and had, without applying the principles relating to the acts of rashness and criminal negligence, convicted the applicant. Today the Sessions Court upheld the verdict convicting John to a 15-day jail term for rash driving.

However though the actor, who was taken into custody earlier today, since moved the Bombay High Court on advice from his lawyers against the Sessions Court order and sought bail. Following which the High Court dismissed the Sessions Court order and granted bail to John on a surety of Rs 20,000.

After all the running around, Gupta heaved a big sigh of relief after he was granted anticipatory bail by the Bombay High Court on Wednesday in the cheating and forgery case that was registered against him by the Versova police. Gupta was released on a bail of Rs 10,000 on the condition that he writes a letter of apology to the Commissioner and that he should immediately withdraw the invite from the website.

While granting relief to Gupta, the court also made it a point to remark that the cops had shown 'over enthusiasm' in this case and that (they) had lost their sense of humour'. Justice AV Nirgude said that that all the offences, under which Gupta was charged, were bailable, except Section 468 (forgery for the purposes of cheating). He also added that if the police thought it fit to register an offence against the applicant and others, it can be only said that the concerned police officer, who registered the offence, has lost his sense of humour and that the applicant deserved protection.

Nirgude explained further, stating that the cops themselves had admitted that the said document was prepared for the purpose of launching the new film produced by Sanjay Gupta and others. He also added that Gupta had not intended to cause any 'wrongful gain to himself or wrongful loss to others'. The Order stated that the maker of the (by-now-controversial) document very clearly and prominently mentioned, on the back of the document, that this was a promotional gimmick and should not be taken as official government document.

We are sure that Sanjay will now live without any 'khauf'.

Neil and Ameesha surely seem to be having a blast on the sets of this film. While Ameesha tries to style Neil's hair, Neil tweeted, "The worlds most gorgeous hair dresser"
